    CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

    Belly Dancing - is one of the best aerobic activities of all because it's fun upbeat and enjoyable. It is soft on joints and at the same time works most muscles, most people don't use with regular workouts. Excellent exercise for people of all ages and shapes.

    Yoga - this class uses stretching, flexibility movements, with breathing and relaxation. It will improve balance, strength, posture and flexibility, assisting day-to-day activities. Suitable for all levels.


    Total Body - a combination of high and low impact moves, which may include the use of hand weights and floor work. Designed to increase general fitness and tone the entire body.
    A great aerobic workout. For all levels of fitness.

    Fat Burner - a low-impact fat-burning class with various aerobic moves and combinations.
    For all levels of fitness.

    Fitness Variety Class - Come and join us for a healthy hour experience.
    Perfect combination: fitness variety class+fun workouts!
    This class is intended for people of all levels of fitness.


    Body Step - trim and tone those hips and thighs. it’s ultimate butt and leg workout, while maintaining a fat burning aerobic workout. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

    Boxing Fitness - a combination of boxing moves using focus mitts and boxing gloves. A great, action packed all-rounder high-energy fitness class, making it an ideal total body conditioner. The ultimate in stress management! No prior experience needed.

    Pilates- more than the complete abdominal workout, pilates promotes muscular balance, postural control, strength and balance.
    For all ages and levels, beginners to advanced.

    Zumba- combines Latin, African and Brazilian dance rhythms with cardiovascular exercise to create an aerobic workout that is exciting, fun and easy to follow. Anybody can join our classes; keep fit while learning some fun Latin dance moves. No dance experience required, No age or fitness restrictions.
