Cost: 4 week pass $36 – Casual Visit $10

Class Description
ZUMBA®: This class uses a range of movements from Latin dances to give you a great workout to wonderful music. Our Latin Workout is an exercise class with a difference – it combines Latin, African and Brazilian dance rhythms with cardiovascular exercise to create an aerobic workout that is exciting and fun.
No dance experience required.

What to wear: Comfortable sports exercising clothes for comfort and mobility i.e. leggings, dance pants, shorts, fitting t-shirt, crop top, singlets, Joggers and water.
